6th grade students begin the CSI: Adventures in Forensic Science “field study” this week. This activity allows students to participate in scientific process skills such as analyzing a crime scene and retrieving physical and trace evidence, classifying and matching fingerprints, and synthesizing and applying information presented to solve a mock crime scenario.
